Da'wah & Guidance department
Unlocking Divine Knowledge
Department of Da'wah & Guidance
Led by Dr Hussein B. Peerbaye
Dr Hussein B. Peerbaye serves as the Head of the Daʿwah & Guidance Department at Eemaan Foundation, where he leads a comprehensive vision for faith-based education, spiritual support, and community outreach. Under his leadership, the department develops khutbah frameworks, workshops, counselling initiatives, and tailored guidance for different segments of the community, with a particular focus on youth, marital and family issues, and returning Muslims. His approach combines scholarly depth, pastoral care, and strategic planning to help individuals strengthen their relationship with Allah and live Islam confidently in the Mauritian context and beyond.
In a time where information is widespread but often confusing, the need for structured and unified Islamic preaching has never been greater. The Department of Dawah & Guidance was established to make authentic Islamic knowledge accessible to a broader audience through diverse and modern means – while preserving unity, professionalism, and clarity in the mission of spreading Islam.
Purpose & Objectives
The goal of the department is simple yet profound: to invite to the path of Allah with wisdom and clarity, using all possible and effective means. In a world filled with distractions and misinformation, we aim to be a trusted voice delivering the true message of Islam in a manner that resonates with all, both Muslims and non-Muslims.
True dawah is not only in the words we speak, but in the mercy, patience, and integrity through which we live Islam and invite others to Allah.
Moving Forward Together
Let us move forward with unity, professionalism, and sincerity, asking Allah to make this endeavor a source of reward, guidance, and lasting impact.

“Dawah begins when a believer’s faith turns into concern for others, guiding with knowledge, inviting with kindness, and trusting all results to Allah.”
Upcoming Projects & Initiatives
We are working diligently on a range of new projects and activities aimed at consolidating Da‘wah in Mauritius. Many inspiring programs have been carefully prepared and will be introduced when the time is most suitable. With the help of Allah, and your continuous du’a, we hope to excel in this noble mission, in shaa’ Allah.
- “The Da‘ee plants seeds in hearts; guidance grows only by the permission of Allah.”
